Our current support structure at HostingWorx™ for hosted accounts is handled by our online support ticketing system. This system is accessed through your control panel login under the support section on the left hand side. From there you can track open incidents and submit new trouble tickets.

We find this system very valuable because it:
1) Improves Tracking and Customer serviceability
2) Allows more flexible hours to include 24/7/365
3) Decreases the margin of error with communications
4) Improves our knowledgebase to help increase customer satisfaction
5) Eliminates support calls for web advice/tools to non-HostingWorx™ customers

Phone Support
HostingWorx™ does provide phone support to our customers unlike many of our competitors we do however request that you try resolving the issue through our ticketing system first though. If we are busy with other customers leave a message and we will get back to you remember to quote the ticket number for the issue you are having, your control panel login account or domain name that is setup on our system.
